Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service level.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery timelines are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship orders within the United States using reputable commercial carriers. Delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days, depending on location and service selected.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. HYDRO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to commercial and institutional addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, configuration, or destination.
If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, our team will contact you prior to shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have shipped. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
