Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns require prior authorization from HYDRO. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unless otherwise approved.

Restocking Fees

The following restocking fees apply to returned PicotapĀ® faucets:

  • 60% restocking fee for products that are used, installed, or show visible wear
  • 40% restocking fee for opened or installed products (no visible wear)
  • 25% restocking fee for unopened products

Restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Return Shipping

  • HYDRO will provide return shipping for approved returns requested within the 30-day return window.
  • All return shipments must be coordinated through HYDRO prior to shipment.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, modified, or special-order items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise approved.
  • Products returned outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
