We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines carefully.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns require prior authorization from HYDRO. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unless otherwise approved.
Restocking Fees
The following restocking fees apply to returned PicotapĀ® faucets:
- 60% restocking fee for products that are used, installed, or show visible wear
- 40% restocking fee for opened or installed products (no visible wear)
- 25% restocking fee for unopened products
Restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Shipping
- HYDRO will provide return shipping for approved returns requested within the 30-day return window.
- All return shipments must be coordinated through HYDRO prior to shipment.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, modified, or special-order items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise approved.
- Products returned outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.
